Fresh beans are procured from quality farms in the close proximity of the processing center.
The beans are then transported to the processing center within 6 hours of harvesting.
The beans are then washed, trimmed and cut into lengths of 0.5 inch to 0.75 inch.
The cut beans will then be blanched, chilled and frozen in the IQF to get the best
quality free-flowing tender green cut beans of premium quality.
